yes that's true, and being lesbian doesn't always mean your masculine, either.
I'm sorry, what's your question?

Personally I think we have too many labels that try to put us in a particular category and limit who we are and ho we are to act...
But you are 100% correct. Just because a man is gay, does not mean he acts feminine. In fact I think the majority of gay men act no differently outwardly than straight men do most the time, thought we can all have our 'feminine' moments. Masculine acting guys are often referred to as being 'straight acting' (which is stupid since we are not straight - you just cannot tell by our outward actions or appearance that we are gay).

Some people have a gender dysphoria. Some are born with it while others have learned characteristics. A person does not have to have a gender dysphoria that is gay, and a person with a gender dysphoria does not have to be gay. It is a separate issue but most people do not know this, yet. Any child can be influenced and then make a choice to be gay. Most children forget they was influenced and think they are born gay.

I think people are who they are, just some are more feminine and some are more masculine, and just because you are one or the other does not make you gay, it just means you are more able to appreciate certain aspects of life. I listen to hard rock music, am totally into cars and working on cars, but I also pluck my eyebrows and clip my nails nice and neat.

I'm big, buffed out and a part-time football coach.
I'm gay.....and I love flowers, too.
My friend is a little, petite lesbian who has long blond hair and wears makeup. She likes motorcycles and doing her nails.
