Sewing machine.... rip the seams out on one side. I recomend the inside, then if you mess up it is not as noticable. Cut the desired amount off and sew it back up!

Or get a tailor to do it for you. Probably $30 at a regular tailor. If there is a military base nearby, there is usually a korean dry clean/sewing shop that would probably do it for $6.

Cheers!

sew them from the inner part of the leg and not the outer. its really hard to explain, but i'll try:pinch the extra fabric that u think is extra and gather it so it sticks out. then sew it with small stiches so it kinds looks like this:
| and make sure u put the thread above the needle
| pefore u pull through
|
when uve sewn all the way down, get the part that is out like a flap and sew it down the same way. be sure to use a sorta thick needle cuz the thickness of the denim might make the needle bend. this is the way i fix my own pants and its my unique method, so im really sorry if u didnt get it.. good luck!!! u could just give them to a sewing lady to fix. it shouldnt be more than like 5-10 bucks

I would recommend taking them to a seamstress The seams are usually a french seam and are very difficult to sew on a regular sewing machine.because of the thickness.
Good Luck!

If you can't sew, go to a seamstress.
