I think you go back to the approximate conception date and count 40 weeks from there..

You count from the first day of your last period. If your last period was on June 24th, you would be 7 weeks pregnant. You would probably have conceived 5 weeks ago using this date, but you dont use date of conception. You use date of LMP.

First you need to find out if you are pregnant by going to the store and buying a home pregnancy test, then you need to go see a doctor and go from there.

From the first day of your last period....so in other words you are "pregnant" about two weeks before you actually conceived! LOL! Weird, but that's how the doctors count it.

go to your doctor. they will be able to tell you if your are pregnant and how far along you are then you can start counting from the info they give you.

count back three months and add 10 days to your last period shows your due date. worked four times for me

try to figure out when your last menstral cycle was,if its past a month get pregnancy test,and it would be 9 months from the first day of your last cycle

It's usually the day your period was due, back two weeks which is when you would likely have been ovulating. Mind you, if you know exactly when it happened, well, that would be the date.
