I think the gist of this is that you can have a career on stage by simply calling into the building and demanding a job.
Well it does not work this way so disabuse yourself of this notion.
I never met an actor unable to express themself but if, on the oher hand, you are suggesting it for others, well no, it does not work this way at all.
