The early pregnancy symptoms aren't all that much different from PMS. I would say one thing is you urinate more frequently, and eat more. I would say fatigue but some women experience fatigue with PMS. You should take a test because the symptoms are very similar...

My symptoms were similiar but my breasts were extra sore and sensitive and swollen. Also felt cramps but never started, just kept thinking I would! So hungry.

Sick at stomach, sore/tender breasts, dizziness, alot of things.

breast hurt really bad, things begin to stink,very hungry
