ford c700 1977 has new clutch . the clutch is about 2 in off floor.

YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL OF THE AIR IS OUT OF THE SYSTEM AND THEN YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT THE LENGTH OF THE CLUTCH ROD IS AJUSTED RIGHT YOU SHOULD HAVE 3/4 INCHES OF PLAY FROM THE TOP OF THE PEDAL IF THAT DOSN'T DO IT THEN YOU PROBOBLY HAVE A BAD CLUTCH MASTER CYLINDER.

Clutch rod behind the clutch pedal that goes into the master cylinder needs to be adjusted so that you have 3\4" free play at the pedal.

Not sure what your asking, but if those were parts replaced, did you bleed the system good?, And if so, how about replacing that clutch master cylinder.
