how can i change and save home page have changed it multi times but will not save and go to new settings?

just above ur screen u can see file edit veiw etc ..there is a TOOL also ..just click it
then see in that very last internet option ...click it
in that u can see GENERAL click that
there u can see HOMEPAGE written
in that just type which page u want and then click ok
thats all

Go to the page you want for "home"
click Tools
Internet Options
click the "use current" button
