I had a college professor once tell me that we should "never underestimate the stupidity of the American public." I only hope that in 2006 all of these opinionated people on "Yahoo Answers" will turn out to vote...

Is there anyone who plans NOT to vote. If so tell me and tell me why you have decided this.

by casting one vote, a person speaks volumes, if you truly mean what you say here, then vote and cast your biggest voice

I do vote, I'm glad you brought it up. I just moved and need to register in my new district. I wonder what the atmosphere will be like then with the wars going on all over. Now Syria has placed tanks on it's border. I don't believe it's going to be very good for the liberals this time around. Just some thoughts I added, sorry.

Your college professor ripped off P T Barnum. I vote in every election including issue only elections.

I have never voted and it seems I never will. I have always believed that it's all fixed, and it is in one way or another. So many factors involved in it, money being the primary one!

Regardless, there never will be anyone honest enough to run the country well.

What voting is good for is, to sell your vote for a connection into a career or job. That might work for the voters.

Did you vote for bush?
did it count?
i doubt it.
i do vote, to no avail
goes to show money can buy you power and presidency
and if your too naive to beleive that then you are the fool.
If you allow the government to control you, then guess what
they control you just like David Korech was allowed ot control WACO

Nope. I vote in each November election, even if it's not for the President. I even made my husband register--Republican, of course.
