What are all the things I neesd to do to get rid of an entire email accout and all the traces of it?

We have a "community" computer, and I want to eliminate an email address with everything and everywhere it went etc., and I need steo by step instruction please, and thankyou.

Go to Add/Delete Programs and click the remove button. Then click My Computer; click on the icon of drive C, click on Open from the drop down menu, click on the folder called Programs, find the email folder among the set of displayed folders, click on it to get the drop down menu, then click delete from that drop down menu.
