She's the Man isn't my favorite, but my favorite scene in that movie is when Channing Tatum has a tampon shoved up his nose to stop his nose bleed. lol, I couldn't stop laughing.

I love the scene in "Bruce Almighty" where Jim Carrey and Morgan Freeman first meet! The finger thing, the cabinet and the line "Smite me oh mighty smiter" and hilarious!
Also, I love the part in the movie "Yesterday" (it was a HBO movie about AIDS in Africa) when the main character Yesterday is finally able to send her daughter to school. It is so powerful!

Great question! - I have so many, but first that comes to mind is in "Bridget Jones' Diary" when Bridget is quitting her job and her boss (who she had been sleeping with, but then finds out he has a fiancee) tries to stop her and she says something like "If staying here means working within 12 feet of you, I'd rather have a job wiping Sadaam Hussain's ***!" and she walks off so proudly!
