I do not pile everything on my plate. I also do not make several trips with just one thing. I usually make 2-3 trips total with a few things on the plate at the same time. I am not a big fan of buffets by the way.

No I don't pile my plate and I don't go for several trips. I go twice one for the first trip for the regular helpings and then go back after I'm finished for the dessert

I make a few trips, I don't pile it up but I don't take just one thing at a time either. I'm somewhere in the middle.

whe i' hungry i will pile it up. but usually, i'm never hungry... i mean i can get hungry. just like i can see the bottom of the plate whenever i go to a buffet... and i usually make two trips. no more.

i tend to somewhat pile...and make several trips...lol
i try to stay away from buffets whenever possible...i end up eating way too much, and the restaurant loses a ton of money.:)

Personally I make several trips mainly because you get unlimited trips, and the exercise might make a little extra room. Also, who wants their sweet potatoes falling over their meatloaf into their cottage cheese. It's unnecessary!!
