Start by drinking a lot of water, you will have to go to the bathroom a lot at first. Then Jog or even fast paced walk as much you possibly can, even if it is just around the block a few times. Also keep track of your calories for a few days and you will be concious of what you are eating, then you will be more likely to cut back on any bad stuf you are eating. Remeber 2000 calories a day for a normal person, less if your less active. Cut out any sugar possible, I gave up pop a few years ago and I lost weight immediatly, its the best thing you can do for your body. Just keep exercising, instead of driving to the store walk, park in the back of parking lots, go swimming, do some jumping jacks while watching tv or listening to the radio instead of sitting. Anything to keep your heart rate up! Good Luck

10 pounds... that's kinda what I'm aiming to lose for a friend's quinceanera (I'm going to be a dama). When you eat, make smaller portions of everything. Walk at least 30 minutes each day outside. Look for the Dannon Activia yogurt -- it helps control your digestive system (and it's kind of working for me, too!). Hope I have helped you, even if it is a little!

If you aren't drinking 8-8 oz. of water a day then this will definately shed 10 lbs.
If you have done this plus diet and exercise, increase the exercise and cut back a hair on calories.
