I got my son the InteracTV system for Christmas last year, and have had nothing but trouble with it. IT resets itself, won't accept codes, when you put the cards in it starts the wrong game, it shuts off the dvd player at random times, and it is a pain in the rear. Wondering if anyone else had any issues with it... ALSO here in Canada I can't for the life of me find anywhere to buy the dvds and cards (the games)... not even at WalMart.... help!

I work for toys r us. That item was very popular last year. Remember, glitches can happen with anything. If I am not mistaken, I think this item is no longer being sold. At least in my store it isn't. There are many different reasons that toys are pulled from the shelf. It could be a production problem, like your case, it could be poor sales or could be that they are coming out with a new and improved system for the hoilday's. Also, if I am not mistaken, I believe that it is made by fisher price. Contact their website for the phone number. Call them up and see if they will send you a replacement and also see if they can sell you the games to go with it. If it can't be fixed, see if they will issue you a credit for anther one of their products. Some companys will do that so that they won't lose the business down the line.
