Let's see who this guy want to talk to. Oh yes a group called hezbollah that blew up our Marines in Beirut, Lebanon, A country whose president has said that Israel should be eliminated from the face of the earth. The same country that supplies millions of dollars to a group that starts a war with an established country and a member of the UN, also supply it with arms, missles and bombs to blow individual citizens up that are non military or have no connection with a military.
What country does this Lamont want to talk to in order to stop them from further wars against anyone as apparently they are not a government that represent a legitament government or country.
Let's go back a few years see if this seem familiar. Once I have Poland I promise that I will not go into or enter another country. Oh, I did not mean that once I have Hungary that will be the last of my conquest. I did not mean that what I meant was that once France is under control of the third Reich, we will no longer take any other country. Oh bombing England we have no plans to take England.
Lamont want to talk to whom to resolve this conflict. Hezbollah, or Al Quaida, and which country do they represent? Oh you want to talk to Iran, yep that will work the president of this country want to kill all Jews and he has said nothing good about Americans.
We will fall from within. Another country can not take us from a military point, but with guys like Lamont why should they. These type people always want to talk and make an agreement that the other side have no intention of keeping. They will use the agreement only to get stronger and set up cells all over the worl to destroy our way of life.
What do you guys want to see the enemy walking down the streets of New York or Seattle before you decide that we will be conquored and our way of life will be no more. Women will be required to wear vails. We will not have to worry about the national language because if you don't speak their language they will kill you. You will not have to worry about congress making the right decisions or getting elected there will be only one on the ballot and you can bet your sweet bippy his name will not be Lamont or anything close to it. Can you say Amedeja, or Heap,or perhaps Saddam have a ring to it. Those are the names that will be making the laws. Oh by the way if you don't believe have any doubts about the religion of the country just look at Afghanstien (Not spelled correctly). Yes you will be cbowing to Mecca for each prayer. No other religion will be tolerated
We teach our children to love one another and to believe in humanity. They teach their children that there is nothing on earth that could be better than blowing themselves up and killing Americans , Jews and those that don't beleive in what they believe in.
Some one has to take the lead and point out the fact that we will surely hang seperately.
My answer to your question is yes Dick Chaney should point out the fact that we will divide ourselves and the country about this very important phase of our way of life.
I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.

Not all people agree with Cheney. See what former Secretary of Homeland Security Tom Ridge had to say about Mr. Cheney's comments.

Is Cheney allowed to express his opinion? Yes.
Even though it's crude, inaccurate vile, closed-minded, partisan, hate-based, and well below the level of discourse that I hope we'd expect from our elected officials.
It's sad that some people have to hate anyone who disagrees with them, or that thinks everyone who disagrees with them must be working together. Shows serious lack of insight, which is nothing new for this administration.

Yes. Lamont has no understanding of the terrorist threat. He thinks we can "talk" them into disarming.
They don't want to compromise, they want to kill us.
