I WOULD NEVER USE PVC. WORST PRODUCT EVER MADE TO TRANSFER WATER. THE BEST PRODUCT TO USE IS 160 PSI ROLL PLASTIC. HAVE USED THIS PRODUCT FOR 10 YEARS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM.

The smaller the size, the cheaper it is but you also lose more pressure due to friction. Should be only a couple of pounds with this run.
I would use schedule 80 PVC and make at least a large as the outlet of your pump. I would burry it 1 foot below the frost line in your area (3 foot minimum). Put it together with a union near the pump side, and a union near the connection to the house. Pressure test the line before you cover it up. Bed the pipe in sand, and put down a metal tracer tape over the pipe so you can find it in the future if needed.

are you using a deepwell system with submersible pump or a deepwell 2 pipe system with a pump above grade . normal size would be min 1" but you could go upto 1 1/4" all depends what your demand and load is i have installed systems up to 3" and pressures in excess of 100psi.
