Being a rabbi with a bike I'm an expert on Jewish skullcaps and helmets. Yes, helmets look stupid. My wife says my 3/4 helmet makes me look like one of the soldiers from the movie "Spaceballs". I wear a full face helmet most of the year and during the Summer a 3/4 helmet. Forget about looks buddy. Your outfit should be secondary to your safety. Having fallen twice both times in full face helmets, all I had to do was look at the scratches on the face shield to know that could have been my face. Don't be an idiot. Your look isn't as important as your life.
