ok superman would lose for many reasons
1. batman always carries kryptonite with him because he never really trusted superman
2. silver surfer is faster then superman
3. with the power cosmic silver surfer can be stounger then superman
4. the silver surfer can transmute matter so he could make supermans suit into kryptonite if he wanted to
so it wouldn't be much of a battle but both batman and silver surfer would let robin die just because they don't want it to be too one sided lol

Batman, Robin & The Silver Surfer. Ok, to be honest, Batman & Robin wouldn't even need to be there, or they would chear for The Silver Surfer which he kicks Superman's ***. You see, The Silver Surfer alone could defeat Superman, since he is a Galactus' herald, and terefore he has cosmic powers, while Superman is only an alien with superhuman strenght. The Silver Surfer not only that he can match Superman in strenght but he is faster, and has more stamina then Superman does. All Silver Surfer has to do is use his cosmic powers against Superman and that will be the end of him, while Batman and Robin will look up from the ground and see how buisness is taken care of.

there are about 6 ways that superman would lose
1. silver surfer could make superman's clothes and the air around him kryptonite.
2. batman always has kryptonite handy
3. Batman has ways to kill each member of the whole justice league in case they go bad, he knows how to handle this fight.
4. Silver surfer is faster than superman meaning superman would get tired just by following s.s.
5. Superman is too nice and wouldn't attack either of them even if they did go bad. Clark is friends with Tim Drake (robin) and Bruce Wayne (batman).
6. Bruce would be smart enough to set up the fight in a fixed area to increase the team's chances of winning.
