Well, the only thing wrong I can see with that little spiel is the phrase "woman need man". Sure there are some that fall in that regard and rely on a man but given the right tools, she would find how capable she really is. All the other things are fairly accurate, depending on the woman and her being. And all women don't need foreplays.
