Get 4 1 1/4 pipes, 10 feet long, Left up the front insert a pipe, roll the building forward, insert another in front, keep it going , untill all 4 pipes are under it, then as you go forward, take the back one that comes out and put in front, Repeat until you are where you want it to be.

If it's one of the small prebuilt storage sheds that's built on a plywood floor, then the method described in the first answer will work, but I think I'd go for a larger diameter pipe, maybe even try 4" schedule 40 PVC. If you're rolling it across grass or weeds, the ground will probaby be softer than 1 1/2" pipe will support.
The PVC pipe will also probably be less expensive than the iron pipe.

Cheesman park is a nice area, but it is also considered a homosexual area. Capitol Hill is fun but not ideal for a kid. I would look in the southern side of the city near Denver Tech Center or Cherry Creek Area. These areas are a cross between Suburbia style and Urban Style. They are both very safe. The tech center is more of a business area so less to do. Cherry Creek is more of a shopping area so lots to do and lots of housing, don't expect a huge yard but you will be able to do gardening

The pipe trick works, but on soft ground, lay plywood under the rollers, to keep them from sinking. 3/8" or 1/2" CDX should be fine.
