What are those little bumps that form on ur hands?

They won't go away! They just keep coming! But there are on;y like 3-5 on my hands at a time.

I was told its a type of skin disease, i have it too. those suckers come and go, but hurt if you pop them. i got them while working in a prison. its a real dangerous place to be.
