I do have twins. (boy girl) they turned 2 in April.
For their first Halloween I selected costumes that I thought reflected their personalities (based on the limited choices I was offered.)
my daughter was a sunflower and my sun was a bug. (he is a funny little guy)
I did not get into the matching thing with the twins. I personally think it is overdone with twins and I would like to always emphasize their individuality. I am hoping that this lesson will continue into their adolescent years.
(sorry to get all preachy over halloween; but I have had to defend my choices to most people who don't have twins and think that they should all just be clones of one another to be gawked at.) I'm guessing you have already experienced this a littlebit.
I'm not saying that they can't match but I know I would be annoyed if I knew I looked / dressed just like my sibling most of my life.
check out buycostumes.com
they had some really cute costumes for infants: chili peppers, tootsie rolls, elvis etc... I'll bet you'll find something to have them wear.
Me? I'm still looking for something for them to wear.

They would probably look cute in pea pod outfits, and for the first guy to answer, he needs to read what he rights before hitting the submit button.

pea pods would be adorable if it works out. If not you could make them ghosts (an old shirt) or put them in a giant pair of pants and a big jacket and say they are siemiese twins. That's what my friend and i did- to bad the coat wasn't big enough :) hope this helps.

I think the pea pod outfits would be adorable.
and they probably will outgrow them by October so if they do just go back and return them for a bigger size.As for what I would dress them, it really depends

I would dress them differnelt. You havent said their sex. If they are girls i would dress one as an angel and one as a devil. or something similar. i think it will look cuter for them to be opposites for a change.
