I use to have it where I could see the file drop down menu, edit drop down menu, etc. Do you understand what I am talking about?

Your 360 page? You go onto it then click on 'my page' on the top right, then change theme will appear in the top left. mine has a cute little frog!

Try right clicking in a blank area of the tool bar on top of the page. You should get a drop down box-click on the Menu Bar option - this should make the features you are looking for available.

Right-click on a blank spot on the toolbar.
click Customize.
You will get a menu.
Left side lists commands available.
Right side lists those currently useable
click a command on the left side and click the add button to add
click a command on the right side and click the remove button to remove it
