This could have physical causes, psychological causes or both.
Physical factors are
1) Age. Physically you need to look after your cardiovascular health. Aerobic fitness helps your heart to do it's thing.
2) Frequency. Quality comes with less frequency.
3) Diet. Avoid junk food. Maybe take a zinc picolinate supplement.
