I'm a 10 year old. Kind of short, so people mistake me for a 7 or 8 year old and because of that I get teased alot by other kids my age who are taller then me. So i'm trying to look for nice people who wouldn't mind being friends with a 10 year old and I don't really care if your an adult or not and I know that most people on here would most likely be older then me. I'm also a orphan sometimes people give me a hard time about that, so that's why i'm looking for friends on here!

Why should you be worried about being an orphan. I never was and it was never brought up in any conversation when I was growing up. I was just kind, polite and friendly and did find some people who I was friends with and a few best friends too. I would worry about just finding any adult friends out there primarily because there are a lot of predators out there. You should try to do some things that involve groups. Such as going to church where others with your same interests gather. I am sure there must be some chat lines for orphans on yahoo. Do be careful who contacts you. There are nice people out there too but a lot of not nice people. I am just an ozark grandmother. With the advice I would give my children or grandchildren or great grandchildren.

Poor guy. I'm sorry about your parents. I won't talk to you cuz I'm old and people would think I'm a psycho. But I understand about the little thing I have a 10 year old bot he is tiny. He just started gaining weight again and he is only 60 pounds. He will be 11 in Oct. He doesn't get to use the computer much (I'm always on) or I'd have him IM you. Just eat right and maybe see if you can somehow get vitamins you need them to grow healthy. Good lick honey and again I am sorry for your loss

Don't worry you'll catch up with the height thing. You will one of those kids that grows 6 inches in one summer! My son was like that then all of the sudden I could swear he grew everytime he would leave the room and come back! LOL. Don't worry about what people say, thats always about them and the ugly things in their heads, its not really about you at all and doesn't change who you are! Please be careful about finding friends on the net, there are some bad folks out there and they are really good at making you think they are nice, its what they do! I hope you find lots of good friends and your spelling is great for a 10 year old! Good luck!

I am sure you will find a new friend at school soon. Just keep your chin up and keep smiling. That's the kind of friend i would want, a smiling one. Its OK to feel alone. Your probably the best friend anybody could have, people just have to get to know. When they tease you, make it a joke, pretend you don't care and tease yourself. Hey bra whats up see I have absolutely no problem of being your friend and I belive that in God he will send you frineds that you would die for, that will be there for you in every step of the way. Orphan or not you are a person you sould be treated like one. All I can say is that pray,pray, and pray give it all to him because he will help you in things that needs healing and love. Be very careful. You never know what kind of person may contact you. According to statistics 1 out of 5 young people are solicited on-line by sex predators.
