I would have to say that dangly earrings are alot sexier because they bring out your personality unlike hoop earrings that are all pretty much the same. Almost anybody can pull a pair of hoops of but not everyone can pull off a pair of metallic pink dangly earrings. I personally have both but i prefer dangly earrings you can dress them up or down. I love earrings i have over 50 different pairs from studs to giant lime green hoops.

I think dangles is a more elegant sexy. I prefer that over hoops which says a different kind of sexy

Hoops rock, thin and silver is best. Don't be caught in danglers while doing anything besides becoming Miss America or something like that.

dangling earrings are really sexy in my opinion. hoops are great too, but more casual. it depends on the occasion.
you didn't mention studs, but my ex found them irresistible- a small red crystal on my earlobe really seduced him hehe. so, studs are definitely in my choice of sexy earrings.
