Four times:
I almost got run over by a car when I was 7 years old, after I fell beneath a moving vehicle, but I received no injuries at all.
I almost got gassed to death at a public swimming pool when I was 11, after some idiot mixed together two different kinds of cleaning products that, when combined, form a lethal gas.
I almost died from chronic carbon monoxide poisoning when I was 13, due to an undetected faulty oil heater in a rented house.
A few months ago, I narrowly avoided dying in a head-on collision when some loser in a fast car suddenly decided to overtake another vehicle by crossing into my lane at 80kmh, without warning. We missed each other by inches and a fraction of a second.
So, I have five lives to go!

As an infant I had pneumonia and died, and the doctors brought me back. I was in a truck accident, I don't know if I actually died, but I was told by all doctors involved that they don't know how I survived. There was one other time I remember my mother telling that they had lost me, but I am not sure what it was, I think I was around two and got very sick again. I don't know if this counts to what you are asking, but some how I have cheated death. There have been some events that have happened to me that I shouldn't have survived, but I did. Taking the wrong prescription, vehicles pulling out in front of me, or just stopping on a major highway. I think many people have come close a time or two.

I had cancer from the ages of 7-9 and was given only a 15% chance to live during part of it.
I was close to drowning when I jumped in a lake off the boat on a windy day and didn't have a life preserver, the boat was drifting away from me faster than I could swim to keep up, I relized this so I yelled for someone to throw me a life preserver, someone threw one out at me but the wind took it lol. Finally they started up the boat to get near enough to drop one on me and I was safe.

no one ever survives death. If you die you do not come back. The doctors sometimes use the term to mean loss of heart beat or even loss of brain function. The term organ death is also used in some areas. But eventully we all die, nobody survives death.
anything else is just close calls.

Once. I nearly drowned at Edistol Beach in SC. 3AM, all alone, went out too far. (Am I brilliant or what) Tried to swim - no good. Then I tried something else but I don't remember what it was - no good. Then I tried body-surfing - it worked. If it hadn't worked, I was going to try to crawl to safety. And my last thing would have been to float. I actually gave up for a few seconds and chuckled at my own stupidity, then I resolved to save myself. No, I never thought about sharks as I was pre-occupied with another matter - life.

Probably even more than I know. 2 x's from over doses back in the day, and several times in the wrong place at the wrong time. But I woke up and got my sh*t together, and don't do drugs, and avoid shady people as best I can, (but you sure do run across alot of them in the city), tho. But being as I'm back home now, don't have to worry hardly at all.

When I was13 I almost choked to death on a cracker alone in the house, but I did the Heimlich on myself by running into the corner of the table.
When I was 24 I almost died of systemic staph from a post-knee surgery infection. 45 days in the hospital with vancomycin saved me.

Two or more ... Well this is for my father , My father was driving down King George hwy in Surrey BC and a car full of drunk teens hit him head on, The woman that was with him that night died she went through the floor and part of the engine, my father had a broken leg.that's one , but this one is...kinda freaky...He was driving his Harley and swerved to miss a dear and wrapped him and his bike around a telephone pole. They had to peal him off the pole and he was DOA....half his face was riped off and the side of his head, so they put him in a body bag and put him in the morg. Some time later a nurse went to the morg to get towels and herd someone moaning, she turned around and my dad sat up in the body bag,.....scared the sh*t right out of her, they took my father up to the O R and operated right away. and the only scare visible is his ear that you can see.
