No.

Probably because they have not committed any and there's no evidence, even remote, to suggest anything to the contrary.

Nope, never. Because America will bully any country (economically or militarily) into submission if they even dared suggest that Bush should be tried. Bush and Blair are the lesser of two evils when it's a choice between them and Osama Bin Laden or Saddam Hussein, at least Bush and Blair pretend to uphold democracy unlike the other two dictators. That's why most countries will turn a blind eye to what they're doing in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Besides the UN is just a White Elephant. Bush totally contradicts or ignores anythng they say and they put up with it (it's in New York after all!), so who's going to try him for war crimes?

President of the United States of America George W. Bush and Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Tony Blair will not be tried for war crimes because both men have done nothing wrong but help others who are less fortunate than them.

NO. Because they haven't committed any. The fact that alot of people are against the war isn't call for War Crimes. As far as Iraq goes they simply enforced UN resolutions. As far as Afghanistan goes. They attacked those who attacked America on 911. If ALL those who oppose GWB and Tony Blair had any case at all they would have allready attempted this. Hatred of a person also isn't grounds for a war crimes tribunal.

No, as guilty of war crimes as they both are, unfortunately, it is the winning side that gets to decide who gets tried.
The only way Bush and Bliar would get strung up is if we all back Al Qaeda, and unfortunately, until Al Qaeda wins, that would be regarded as "UnAmerican" or "Treason".
I'm afraid they are going to get away with it!

No. Because they have not committed an offence.

In a democracy, the majority rule. Although the people who make the most noise and oppose foreign policy, try to impose their views on the rest of us, they are very much in the minority.
