Rabbit & bunnies should not eat any veggies and fruits until after the age of 3 months.

Rabbits open there eyes when they are about 9 days old. Then about a week or so they will start hopping around and getting curious that is when you should lay out a bowl of food all the time (especially with 8 babies) The rabbits will still drink from the mother but the mother will get annoyed so she will go on top of her nesting box or something else to hide from the kits which is perfectly fine. In about 7 or 8 weeks is when you should wean them but i would recommend keeping one or two together so they will get used to it.

It doesn't matter. Animals are like humans, we each develope at our own rate. That is just the average time a bunny would start doing these things. It is normal and especially with the food thing it is very good. Although you might have some problems with a curious bunny. It could get itself into some trouble.
Best of luck!!

It is normal, Mommy is starting to teach them what, other than her they can chew on and they are getting curious. Four weeks is when a lot of people take the bunnies from mommy, they should have already started eating by then and she will have already been trying to wean them.

what is normal, if it is healthy it is normal, and the timing is about right. But why only one bunny, does usually litter more than that.

If he doesn't seem to be in bad shape I wouldn't worry.
