I'm having the same problem. I have a couple on my arms that need to go. I heard that they can be burned off with lasers, but takes a lot of time and money, and leaves a scar. I hope the younger people who are thinking about getting a tattoo read these Q/A's .

Tattoos removing is maximum ordinarily finished utilising lasers that react with the ink interior the tattoo, and wreck it down. The broken-down ink is then absorbed by utilising the physique. this technique in many cases demands many repeated visits to get rid of even a small tattoo, and would consequence in everlasting scarring. a greater moderen approach of removing is by utilising tattooing glycolic acid into the floor with a tattoo gadget: the acid pushes the ink to the floor of the floor interior the scab, that's later bumped off. this technique purportedly scars decrease than laser techniques. Glycolic acid is extensively utilized for facial peels; whilst used for tattoo removing, a decrease proportion combination is used. some wearers decide to cover an undesirable tattoo with a clean tattoo. it incredibly is in many cases person-friendly as a coverup or conceal-up. An artfully accomplished conceal-up would render the old tattoo thoroughly invisible, although this would matter generally on the scale, style, colorations and strategies used on the old tattoo. some shops and artists use laser removing machines to break down and lighten undesired tattoos to make coverage with a clean tattoo simpler. ordinary, green-based ink is the main confusing to get rid of. Black ink is maximum easily broken down by utilising the laser, and unprofessional tattoos accomplished at domicile are the least confusing ones to get rid of, via low high quality of ink used, to boot via fact the ineffective way wherein they have been utilized. final yet no longer least, if u decide for a short term answer til you are able to opt for the above, attempt foundation then powder over.... or physique paint. Cos the above techniques ain't low priced and price from $250-3 hundred according to couple of training and the educational are repeated numerous cases b4 the tattoo is thoroughly erased. Cheers.

My english teacher was talking about it once of getting her tattoo removed and she said that she would have to go to a doctor for the laser treatment but it would take like i think from 6 months to 2 years i think and plus it is pretty expensive and it really doesnt even remove it like it just blends it in to the skin. and she said the hardest basically impossible colours to remove are yellow and green. I hope it comes out naturally asap!

You can have them removed with laser treatment, but it is costly and painful. Otherwise there's no other way to remove them. Stage makeup will do a good job of covering coloured ones, but you need a lot of makeup to cover blue-black tattoos and it really doesn't look natural.
