Are all divorce lawyers cold, calus and minipulative? Mine went to "law school" in Navada. Any thoughts?

what do you want him to do go to bed with you! geez they are human like erveryone else and get tired of all that whining crap they hear everyday at work! They have to act professional and instead get labeled as cold!

I had an excellent lawyer. I am a fahter that got custody of my 3 little girls. We are talking about a 3yr, 2yr and 6 month old here. Try to get a lawyer in the area in which the case is being heard. They have more levearge with the judge there (the probably see them 3 or 4 time a week). Theres a lot more going on in the background than you may know or even want to know about.

I have had good experience with a divorce lawyer.You want to make sure is has your best interest at heart.A good lawyer will listen to you first then tell you the legal aspects of your case.He will be honest with you and will negotiate with your spouses attorney.

Mine is great he has gone beyond what he should have to help me see what I messed up and to correct it, He hates my to be ex. So yes I am lucky to have a good lawyer.

My first one was very helpful, but he didn't have much to do because my ex disappeared and never contested.
If the separation is amicable, I highly recommend you do your own divorce. Google "do your own divorce" to see how - it's easy. My second ex and I did it this way...cheap and simple.

I work with a laday who did. She got quite of bit of money and half of his assets.
