It was reported in the Sun newspaper so it must be true.

Of course they did. As did the others that followed them in the Apollo program (except for Apollo 13 which had problems and had to abort and return to Earth. without landing). Think about it. There is no sane reason why all the people involved in the space program at NASA back then or even now would go to such lengths to fake this. It is human nature to exploit what you know for your own benefit. If we did NOT land on the Moon in 1969, isn't it feasible that someone associated with the program in the 60's would have tried to exploit his/her knowledge for their own gain by now. In closing hoax theories are just that, theories. People are free to choose to believe anything they want! .

They did, they got there, BUT the photographs you see and recognize were all done here on earth. At that time nobody knew how film would react to a space environment and NASA wanted good pictures to show the world. If you have ever seen the film Capricorn one, this is closer to the truth than you imagine. Look very carefully at the official NASA photo's, you will see many mistakes. Shadow angles, footprints, lighting, Why is everything relating to the USA in bright glorious colour?

The biggest argument as to why they did not land on the moon is because Kennedy said that they would by the end of the decade and America needed to beat the Russians in the space race.
Then there is the van allen belt, the film that survived the trip in such good condition, etc. The conspiracy theories go on and on.

The idea of these supposed 'engineers' (who supposedly worked for NASA) claims that we faked the moon landing is absolutely absurd. And, there is only one, easy, answer to explain. Hollywood could not have afforded this scam nor could they have kept it quiet this long. Just ridiculous. Those who claim the moon landing was faked are just plain idiots.
Why don't you ask Neil Armstrong himself?

A moon landing was filmed in a studio in case there were difficulties beaming the images back to Earth. The images that were shown, were real enough.

Well, what he meant to say was "One small step for A man and one giant leap for mankind", so that it makes sense.
They'd surely have redone it in a studio?

Check past questions in astronomy and space. This q has been asked ALOT of times. I only answered it once. To be honest I'm sick of seeing it.
