I am fed up with looking at sites and feeling that their only intention is to scam.

Start thinking business owner and not "job". This will open up a whole nother ball game. Read some of the articles on this site to see if they make sence to you.

You can find something that you want to do and start doing it from home. Try Child care, Pampered Chef, Party lite, Traveling Vineyard or something of the sort.

find a product wholesale and sell it on ebay... that way you your own boss ... you collect using paypal, and you can either mail the cheap rate or charge for higher shipping rate... you can check with post office and make sure you dont need any special permits... good luck
