dude, the one song that drove me nuts with that is an older song, "I will survive" and "turn the page" they are probly two of the ones that I think could be toned down a bit. now if youre talkin classical, I think sometimes they are over used or too loud. they think theyre showing an emphisis on certain parts in the song, but just shatters my nerves is all lol. so why dont you name the song youre talking about, and I will check it out. thanks

Are you talking about the "1812 Overture"?
They actually use cannons for parts of this, and it certainly has lots of cymbal crashes!

idk...... lots of songs have cymbal crashes... i'm in band, so i'm trying to think of one..... i personally like timpani rolls from percussion... i'm an oboe player.......sorry, idk
