yes, drink water and stay hydrated and you aren't at risk. You might find yourself tired or weaker than usual but thats it.

Party and pay the price. I would suggest you wait about 24 hours before resuming a workout regemin. When you drink you are putting a lot of toxins into your body. Your liver and kidneys are working overtime to "clean up" the mess. When you work out you generate a lot of "waste" products in your body. Give your body a chance to get rid of the first mess before you make the demands on it to lactic acid and other "wastes" from a workout.

Another issue is that your brain is still impaired from the "party". This increases the chances of accidents during a workout. Do drink the water though, hydration in the meantime is very important.

"If you are a heavy alcohol consumer, forget about having a great body" says a trainer near my home. Back to your question its best to avoid exerting your body before the hangover is gone.

drink lots of water and rest. later on in the evening, if you feel better, go for it. usually, though, it's better to give yourself a day to recooperate.

you know- it freaks me out that they never tell you how many calories is in the alcohol you're drinking. i think the FDA needs to get on that.

lick a little salt and drink some water... a small amount of salt will help your body process the water

and take it a little slower than normal, don't push it

proper hydration and nutrition are in order. go about exercise like if you were sick, no hardcore workout and it should work out. p.s.-if your really into exercise, why don't you limit the drinking. moderation or abstinence is the way to go.
