He was on several tv shows, none of his own though. I remember he was on 77 Sunset Strip and Hawaiian Eye. He was a real hunkola.
If I remember correctly, he was in "Imitation of Life"... fantastic movie and tear jerker. Also in "A Summer Place".
I'm sure there were more, I was in Jr High then.

He was in a soap opera "Secret Storm",but generally he was
a movie actor,not tv.You are probably thinking of Martin Milner
in "Route 66",he looked a little like Troy Donahue.
