I am obsessed with cheese! I would have to go with a VERY sharp cheddar, bleu cheese, gorgonzola, pepper jack........
I'm a huge fan of nacho cheese. I was in hawaii and found a shaved ice stand that had theeee BEST nacho cheese. *sigh* too bad it's not healthy to eat. I could live off only cheese.

My absolute favorite cheese is Tillamook extra sharp cheddar!!!!!!!!! It is the most wonderous cheese ever! I never even liked cheese very much before I tried Tillamook! YUM!
