It's better than having gained 6 pounds. You may need to do a lot more cardio. Do at least a half an hour a day (better to do an hour) along with your regular workout and that should help.

I am 5'4" and weigh 135 and I need to lose about 10 lbs so maybe I should take my own advice and get my butt to the gym :)

You want to make sure you are exercising in a way that tones your muscles rather than builds mass. Muscle weighs more than fat. So, I would suggest eating healthy and doing repetitive type exercises like aerobics, running, bicycling... things like that. If you are using weights at all, use a lower weight and do more repetitions to tone the muscles. Eating frequent small, healthy meals keeps your metabolism working at a higher rate and that burns off fat and calories as well. Hope this helps and good luck!

Also there is a special body clense thing [sry I dont have more info on that] that my grandma was on for 8 weeks and she lost ALMOST 20 pounds. Its heathly and helps you shed! Look up something along those lines! Good luck.

Are you watching what you eat? Try counting your calorie and fat content; it will help. I do Weight Watchers, which is a great program, and if you follow it, you will lose. Good Luck!
