hummm both have healing factor, both have lots of experience fighting, Lobo would have an advantage in strength but deadpool has his teleporter.
So OK Lobo had a hit on Deadpool comes out of the sky on his bike and attacks, deadpool teleports out of the way and attacks back they fight for a while neither getting he advantage because every time Lobo is going to use hit superior strength to knock Deedpool out he teleports, all the damage they do on each other is nothing because it is all healed instantly. Then since Deadpool knows hes in a comic and Lobo doesn't he makes a lot of thought bubbles to hide behind and teleports Lobo to the out side of a volcano and pushing him in teleport out of there instantly just in case
so winner is deadpool, cheaply but hey he won

Deadpool, his regeneration is faster, quicker and he kinda likes the pain, plus in one comic you have wolverine and Lobo fighting and wolverine wins, lobo loses. Deadpool could easily wipe the floor with wolverine so therfore deadpool wins hands down, heck deadpool even fought the HULK and won, deadpool rocks.
