No a lot of people run away from things just because theyre afraid. They dont look like theyre dead inside. Truthfully they dont look like it bothers them whatsoever. Apparently nothing matters nowadays as long as noone hurts you.

What this means is a brave person only dies when he is killed. A coward dies a little every time he has to face something he fears. This can be something little like going to the dentist or something big like fear of battle. By the way being afraid of terrorists is not irrational but letting that fear control your life is.

Well what do you believe? The Apostles Creed or the Bible or neither? I honestly could care less what you choose to believe, but I personally believe what is written in the KJV of the Bible. Did Jesus lie to the dying man? I don't believe so. First of all, if you are a Christian you believe that Christ was a perfect example, and therefor would not lie and most certainly would not spend 3 days in hell. Second, time does not mean to Christ and God, what it means to us. What seems like months to us could be mere minutes to Christ. Third, many times readers take things too literal. We are human and imperfect. Ever think that maybe we do not understand everything that is written in the bible or in any book?

I agree. I feel that we should wage wars the old fashion way because it's more noble. But it's not fear that makes cowards. It's the inability to admit- hey, i'm scared, but i'm going to take care of business. that's the definition of a brave person.
did you know that even the creator of the atom bomb regretted his creation?

I'm sorry, I have to disagree with you on this. Technology saves our soldiers lives. This way they will live to fight another day. You have tried to tie that old phrase to something you are obviously not very knowledgeable about. The dots do not connect.

I agree. I hate to think of what we have and can do to other countries. Some people like the thought of having bigger and better bombs. I like the thought of peace in the world.

One could use your argument to say that guns and swords could be considered high technology opposed to beating a man to death using their hands.
It is called technology.
