Way too soon it is even hard to see at 5 weeks! At four days it really isnt anything but a feralized egg. I was 6 weeks when I had my first sono and it was very hard to find a heartbeat and that was all you could see was a little flashing on the screen...........

an ultrasound doens't usually see anything until about 4-5 weeks into the pregnancy and even then you see the gestational sack until the embryo gets a little bit bigger, by 6 weeks you can see embryo and heartbeat!

It is way to young to see, it is only a clump of cells about the size of the head of a pin. Wait a couple of months, then it gets exciting.
Congrats

nope that thing would be tiny. How would someone even know if they were 4 days pregnant? I mean you hormones wouldn't have even changed yet.
