Superbowl teams?

Who will be in the Superbowl and who will win and why Why

I say Philly and Cincinatti.

I say Philly because their my favorite team and because I have faith that their veteran defense of players will all play like they played 2 years ago. Brian Dawkins, Micheal Lewis, Lito Shepperd, Javon a big big one, Dhani Jones. Hopefully the only good defensive player last year in Jermiah will play well. Their offense concerns because it all depends on D Mcnabb. Brian West hasnt played great in 2 years or 3 years, Wideouts are all #2 options. But this is what they had and got to NFC Championship 3 times before T.O got there.

I say Cincinatti beats them though because I think Carson is going to have a great season even though people are thinking about his knees. I think Chad, and that dude with the long name are great wideouts. I dont know much about their defense but its good of what I have seen.

I know the Eagles dont have much of a shot but its that fan coming out. And I still believe if alot of players play like they did before last terrible year eagles will be good this year.

I like the Idea of Denver. Good QB in Jake Plummer they have like 3 good running backs including Tatum Bell and No name Mike Bell who is supposedly their new starting running back who wasnt even drafted. Their aquistion of Javon Walker. BAck up QB Jay Cutler. Dont know much about their defense but it is rated high on Yahoo.

Dont like the idea of washington because they havent done anything except lose lavar Arrington and get Antwan Randel El who only caught one TD last season but did do that pass in Super bowl. And I think their the worst team in NFC East because Giants who were best team in NFC East are the same but with additions of Lavar Arrington and that Howard guy who is supposedly an amazing D End. Cowboys because of T.O and Eagles because of stuff I said above

Do people not realize that NFC teams can't play other NFC teams in the super bowl? Two people said Cowboys and Philly....

Sorry to say...Philly doesn't have much of a shot. Sure the defense is still pretty solid...but Carolina and Chicago taught everyone last year that you need offense to win championships. Nobody expected going into that game that it would be a such a high scoring game with the #2 and #3 overall defenses playing eachother.

AFC team I'd have to pick the team nobody really saw last year for some reason until the playoffs....Denver. They have a great shot at repeating their season, they even had a fairly hard schedule last season and still did 13-3...so it wasn't a fluke, and I think they'll do it again.

NFC is very tough this season, despite many people still saying that the AFC is better...it's really not at this point in the season. NFC East and NFC South should just be put in a bag and pull a team out for the super bowl. But I really like the chances of two of them, being Washington and Carolina. Last year Carolina rolled to the NFC Champ game and lost the only option to Steve Smith in the previous game...making it a no brainer who Seattle had to cover to win...easy. But now we have 3 WRs and 2 RBs, hopefully they stay healthy for the whole season and they'll have a great shot with that defense they still have. Washington gave Seattle hell in the playoffs...but to no success in the end. Now they have an offense that can easily take them further.

So since I'm a Carolina fan I'll break the tie and say Denver vs Carolina....but I don't know...Denver might still win :(

Picking a superbowl team after the first exhibition week is a little bit much and kind of a crap shoot. Injuries, etc... You just never know too early. Let the preseason be over before you start predicting.

The NFC is weaker than the AFC. Philly has terrible WR's and I dont' see them beating any AFC team. I think Seattle is better than Philly and Washington is finally getting the personnel the great Joe Gibbs wants. Dallas isnt bad but both the Redskins and Cowboys have QB worries. The NFC west's Arizona Cardinals will surprise and I can see them in the playoffs. A new stadium, a great RB and the best WR's in football and you have a winner.

Cincy's defense is poor. They can't stop people and they already have problems with suspensions and injuries. Pitt is way better. San Diego is a sleeper. LT is the best in football and I think they or Pittsburgh will go in.
