If you must know most spots that a rarely touched or exposed are extremely sensitive. For example, the skin on your back or inner thigh are both highly sensitive. Physically the rectum is a part of male orgasm, when a male reaches orgasm ,he clinches or squeezes his anal cavity stimulating the prostate, and this is intensified if a finger or object is inserted manually. Stimuation of the prostate is commonly referred to as the male G spot. It is a shame it's so inaccessible - put it down to poor design!
