babe you must be really young. Love does not cause hurt, it does not make you miserable.
Go find someone who's deserves you.
Anyway if you are that desperate, take a picture of this guy you are in love with, take the front edge of your bed sheet tie it with the picture inside the knot. Leave for a couple of days.
try it and see what happens.
