I got gum on my leather sofa and need to get it out. Coincidentally, I was also wearing my favorite t-shirt and got the gum in that also.

scrape the gum of off your tee shirt and sofa and wet a rag and scrub the remaining gum of of the two objects and rewash your tee shirt.

try using an ice pack , and maybe a towel so that water does not make a mess on your leather sofa and for your t-shirt put it in the freezer over night so it really gets the chance to freeze it should be hard and should peel right off. Good luck

The next you go to the moves ask where can you pick up some (freez-chew in a spa/can) Freezing chewing gum will get it off your T-shirt. If you put ice on it it take off the cotton with the gum.But you need frees it on cotton to pick it off not pull it off that will take the shirt a part.good luck

Freezing chewing gum will get it off your T-shirt. I don't know about trying it with the cushion, but putting an ice pack on it might have the same effect.

Freeze it off with Freeze Wart remover. You can buy the Wart remover at Wal Mart and it is called Freeze-Off.
Just spray the cotton swab that comes with it until it drips full and then touch it against the gum and it will freeze it like Nitrogen and the gum literally will crack in pieces and come right off. I found out by experiemntning with the stuff and it really works great!

Put the t-shirt in to the freezer and when the gum is frozen you can pick it off.. and put an ice cube onto the gum on the sofa and let if freeze it/make it solid...and pick it off.. that advice has got to be worth ten points.... heee heee...hope it works

Vegetable shortening. Rub the shortening on and scrape it will ball the gum up so you can remove it usually works better on hard items like a floor or a dish though.

Peanut Butter!! The oil in it works!! Try rubbing it in the gum and keep rubbing it until it rolls off! Good luck!

Put ice on the gum and pick it off, peanut butter will also work but it might leave grease stain.
