I keep seeing girls who say they are wearing high heels to school. I think wedges are ok but heels thats a little too much. What do you think???

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!! i think wedges should be your pick, but not heels. you dont want to look stupid, do you?!

Girls suffer from envy since they are born... For example, if someone tells you that in Australia's schools everybody wears stilettos, then here at US no body will care and also will not be against that trend (and will not say that australians are slutty), but if this trend comes to the US, and for some reason your legs/calves/feet or self confidence don't let you wear stilettos then you will start saying that all girls wearing them are sluts! But if you can handle heels with great looking legs/calves.... you wouldn't say that style is sluttish... right? All this said is to demonstrate that envy from other girls will start to attack you... just because those other girls can't look as good as you... so at this point it's a matter of self confidence if you can handle those envy attacks... For example, check my 360 page and look at my outfit... I have 28 and will be graduate soon... and I go to the university sometimes with denim mini and heels, and I get lots of compliments from boys and some girl friends... some girls just stare at me and don't tell anything... because they in the very inner...would like to look as good as I do...
Got the idea? Envy has been around the world since ever... and has caused many problems to humanity... wars for example...
So it's your choice... I made that choice of wearing heels almost for any occassion and I feel great...

What the guys would think. Yeah there will be some who would think as one poster said to you "slutty *cough* slutty". Some will not hardly notice. And to some, you will get atop the radar. Depend on what you were with it, and how you act. It can be very classy. Not just sexy. Lets face it. A girl who sleeps with half the basketball team and 1/3 of the track team is no less slutty because she does it in sweat pants and flip flops. So just because a girl goes to class in a stretch dress and some killer heels don't make her the school tramp. And those who say so.....there are just jealous they can't pull it off. Kind of the same way guys tell them self that those who can do a 360 tomahawk dunk are just showboating when WE all wish we could do it has well as those who can.

I wore high heels sometimes in highschool. Kitten heels {a small heel} look good for your girlfriends and are just a little sexy.

i think that high heels are ok to wear to school it just depends on how tall the heel is

Dont think high heels are really for school. they are for a dance, or a night out at a club with your friends or something.

For school, I would say it's OTT but maybe in a kitten heel wouldn't hurt, I guess...
Agree on wedges/ espadrilles which are practical for everyday use.

I wore high heels in high school, its just another fashion accessory, like wearing flip flops with tight jeans.

it depends on what kind of pants or skirt im wearing. suuppose im wearing skinny jeans than i will wear heels. also, it just might be the fact that they are short. other than that wedges are great and all that jazz.

no, they are not to much as long as they are not SUPERHIGH. if they are really high than no way! being rushed in the hall and runnig to class and going up and down stairs in really high heels omg tuff!
