Some nuclear bombs like the russian ones would annhilate you from 100 miles away.

So the answer depends on how small a bomb your referring to and how much ambient noise there is. The short answer is yes.

A-bomb would have a destructuion of about 45miles readius,you would probably here a little bang but not a big bang.

Yes, several bombs have been heard from that distance... Also, some volcano eruptions can be heard from that distance.
