The pool was not mentioned in the inspection. Due I need to be concerned. I close in twelve days.

You most likely filled out a SPDS (Seller Disclosure Property Statement) if you listed with a Realtor.
technically you should disclose that there is a leak. To be safe I would disclose it. Inspections are not 100% becuase if it is a slow leak or not obvious they won't catch it. You owe it to your buyers to be honnest. I highly doubt they will back out becuase of an above-ground pool. If you are working with an agent notify them and ask thier advice.
I am sure the buyers will understand that a above ground pool is not 100% reliable and is more of a temporary fixture.

How bad is the leak? I wouldn't ask anything about it,if it's a slow leak. Or you could tell them and give them $25. to fix it. If they take it you're off the hook.

Don't worry about it if the inspection is finished. If it is really small or you can't find it it could be evaporation.
