I haven't ever tried the latest Stacker, but I have tried Hydroxycut and other supplements like the original MetaboLife and Original Stacker, and Xenedrine, and have gotten mixed results. As long we you don't have high blood pressure or pre-existing heart conditionts, you should be ok ith a diet pill. Of course, if you ever feel any adverse effects, you should stop taking it an consult a doctor.

If you're looking to supplement your diet plan, you'll most likely want a good metabolic booster and appetite suppressant. I'd suggest taking a look at Herbalean. It does have Ephedra, which was unbanned this year by the FDA - so it's legal in the US again. It also has Hoodia for the appetite suppression, so the combination works VERY well for me.

I've been taking it for a couple months now, and the Hoodia keeps me from snacking and gets rid of the sweet cravings, while the Ephedra gives me a good energy boost through the whole day.

It's made by the original makers of MetaboLife, and they've improved the formula with Hoodia and 77 trace minerals and herbs. It's also an extended release formula, so you won't get the jitters from the Ephedra like you would with MetaboLife.

Hi, for one thing stackers arent considered herbal they are packed with loads of fat burning ingerdiants to make you burn of fat, when not doing anything. i know a few people who have tried stackers and have loss weight some people say that they decrease appertite and burn fat which make you loose weight but i suppose it depends on you. The other thing is it makes you feel full of energy etc but somepeople are allergic so be careful, i tried 1 stacker and i felt full of energy and i was finr, but i recently got some zanterx-3 there like stacker and they made me feel ill and it was like i was drunk but sober its weird, the other thing is i was taking 2 before everymeal, but with stackers you take 1 a day so i suppose the effect isnt as strong.

I decided to stay away from these as i heard they can be bad for your heart, So i have been taking Hoodia, these have no side effects and are 100% stimulant free. You know when you are dieting and you are so hungry you feel sick and lethargic, well hoodia takes that away and also supresses your apettite so when you eat you get fuller quicker and stay full so you dont even need to snack, it is brilliant. On the site i got them off is said it can take up to 10 days to work but for me it worked straight away. I would make sure you do get the proper Hoodia though as there are loads of sites selling cheaper version that are packed with other ingrediants and not pure hoodia. I would recommend you go to the site below and read up about hoodia, before you by stackers. The only other diet that really works if you dont wanna use pills after reading this is weight watchers i lost a stone in three months. I just chose hoodia, because i dont want to keep feeliing hurgry when i ve ate a big meal.
