Yes it is excellent. I have had one on contract for five months now and it has performed superbly, is a great phone for women and the looks to match. It does everything I want it to ... I have been very impressed with the clarity of speech on it and the ease of use of the keypad. It is great too for the handbag or even the pocket as the phone is very flat. Personally I am not worried about memory on my phone as I simply want it reliably keep me in touch. Oh, and I love the pink colour .....

I got this one free on the T-mobile staff plan and it annoys the hell out of me, for a start it brags about being small, granted it isn't exactly large but it is quite wide, the second major issue is that because it is so thin and the screens so wide it can be very fragile.

My two biggest issues with this phone are;

1.The screens get filthy; the buttons seem to leave a dirty mark on the screen upon the inside, so you constantly have to clean the screen if you want to see what you are typing.
2.The menus are a bit of a pain to use as the 'ok' 'select' and 'yes' buttons switch from left to right throughout the menu selections meaning often if you are in a hurry you press 'back' or 'no' instead.

It's one of the better phones in that sort of price range. Depends how much you wish to spend. There are a couple of samsung & SonyEricsson models around that price worth taking a look at also.
