Listen to your heart. She asked to have her ashes placed somewhere special to her and you're feeling the tug to fulfill that promise...do you think you could do it now? Grieving is a long process of healing. Don't do what others tell you just because you're hurting and unsure. Know that it's okay to still hold on to her remains, and it's okay to release them...perhaps fulfilling her wishes will bring you another step along the road of healing. Peace to you.

Well this can always be a tough time but what i would do is maybe just hangout with some family or just by yourself and go through some picture albums or old videos of your mom and remember some of the best times you had. Its alright to feel upset but if you look at the brightside shes in a much better place and she would probably want you to be strong so just think of the good times and that should help you out

oh....wel.. i guess u could what she'd always loved...cook her fav food, listen to her fav music, talk to her in your thoughts.....or maybe spend time by yourself....i know u'll probably feel like crying after a bit but then....just remember that she'll awlays be proud of u no matter what so try to keep yourself strong for her....
and dont keep feel guilty that u r celebrating....she's ur mum after all....u have more right "over her" than anyone else in the world...
hope this helps....bless u...

How about lighting a candle in her memory? Bring flowers to her grave. Remember all the good things about her.

If I was in your place, I'd do something speacil for her that only her and I would know. Like rent her fav movie, cook her fav meal or something like that-kinda of remembering her like that. But in the end it's up to you to do whatever makes you feel comfortable.
